Sessions typically last for 50 minutes.
What is the fee for psychotherapy services?
The fee for a 50-minute individual session is $150. We accept payment via credit cards and e-transfers through a secure platform.
Do you accept insurance for psychotherapy services?
Yes! However, coverage varies by insurance company and plan. Please check if psychotherapy services are included in your extended benefits program. We do not offer direct billing; payment is required upfront, and a receipt will be provided for you to submit to your insurance provider.
When are you available for psychotherapy sessions?
We offer flexible scheduling for your convenience. Our therapists are available mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends to accommodate your schedule.
Are Psychological Services Covered by OHIP?
Psychotherapy services are not covered by OHIP. However, many extended health insurance plans provide partial coverage for psychotherapy services. The coverage details, including reimbursement rates, may vary depending on your insurer and plan. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm your coverage details and claim process. Payment for services is due at the end of each session. A detailed receipt will be provided, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement or use for tax purposes.
How do I book an appointment?

We don’t have long wait times to get in with a therapist.
