Yes – research shows that online therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy for most issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress management. Our approach is relational, trauma-informed, and tailored to your needs.

Anyone in Ontario can attend online therapy, as long as you have a private space and internet connection. For in-person therapy, sessions are open to adults and couples near our Mississauga location.

We support individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, stress, and overthinking; depression, burnout, or emotional overwhelm; trauma, C-PTSD, and relational wounds; couples challenges including communication and connection; life transitions, grief, and self-esteem struggles; and patterns such as people-pleasing, difficulty with boundaries, or low self-worth.

Most extended health benefit plans cover sessions with registered psychotherapists. We provide detailed receipts for both in-person and online sessions, making reimbursement simple.
