What types of therapy approaches do you practice?
I work from a trauma-informed, relational, and somatic lens to help regulate and process emotions in the present. While foundational tools like CBT and DBT provide structure and support, I also take a deeper, integrative approach — exploring the roots of patterns and challenges through psychodynamic theory, attachment-focused work, and narrative therapy. This combination allows us to address both the “here-and-now” and the underlying experiences shaping your emotional and relational life.
