In your first session, you’ll discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, share some background, and outline your intentions. This is also a great opportunity to ask questions and establish a comfortable rapport.
Sessions typically last for 50 minutes.
The fee for a 50-minute individual session is $150. We accept payment via credit cards and e-transfers through a secure platform.
Yes! However, coverage varies by insurance company and plan. Please check if psychotherapy services are included in your extended benefits program. We do not offer direct billing; payment is required upfront, and a receipt will be provided for you to submit to your insurance provider.
We offer flexible scheduling for your convenience. Our therapists are available mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends to accommodate your schedule.
